Mommie Dearest Halloween Costume
Every year at Garbo we dress up for Halloween, and I couldn't think of anyone more glamorous to be than Joan Crawford herself.. Or something like that.. If you are familiar of the movie Mommie Dearest, then you must be familiar with the famous "Wired Hanger" scene. My interpretation was to keep the glamour but also the crazy. Creative Photo Shoot at Garbo A Salon
We had a creative shoot at Garbo A Salon where each stylist got to have 100% creative freedom on their own model! It was so nice to get to do this look. I drew inspiration from the smoldering film noir siren looks, carried by the likes of Josephine Baker, Marlene Dietrich and modern gal, Dita Von Teese.
