For Garbo A Salon's 30th Anniversary party, I went as Rita Hayworth. This required some legit vintage hair! For the most authentic approach, it is best to set the hair while wet either in rollers, waves or my favorite, pin curls. I slept with the pin curls in over night to give them plenty of time to dry, but another alternative would be to sit under a hooded dryer.
