Starting in May, I will be relocating to Gypsy Rose Salon in Downtown Round Rock! I'm SUPER excited about this change, and I think you all will love it as well.
Gypsy Rose Salon is a full service, upscale salon right in the heart of Round Rock! I'm looking forward to joining their team. I love that everyone there is very friendly and talented! They also carry one of my favorite natural lines, Kevin Murphy. My vintage readers may recognize that Gypsy Rose Salon was named after Burlesque queen, Gypsy Rose Lee. Not only will I be going through a big change, but so will Gypsy Rose Salon! I will be joining them at their new location on S. Brown St, just across from Centennial Plaza.
My spouse and I bought our home in Round Rock a few years back and I've really grown to love the area. Now that I am a mother, it is a priority for me to be closer to home and my kiddo while I am at work. One thing I absolutely love about living where I live is the strong sense of community that we have, and I am pleased to be able to be a part of that in my small way. Downtown Round Rock is a very charming part of town, with a lively pulse. It's truly one of my favorite places, and I think my guests will enjoy coming to visit me there.

Some of my other favorite places and things to do in Downtown Round Rock is our fabulous new library (with a public parking garage), catching shows at some of the downtown plazas (they had Dale Watson last week, and Linda Gale Lewis next month), The Brass Tap (great taps and live music, including local Rockabilly acts), The Ruby Hotel Bar (mid-century mod inspired hotel with a great cocktail lounge), Lamppost Coffee, Round Rock Donuts, 3 Star Candy, an abundance of awesome restaurants and the Round Rock Arts Gallery. I will still be available to travel to other parts within the greater Austin area on select weekends for certain events. Please contact me directly for any booking inquiries. I will also be expanding my schedule to include every other Saturday for the next while.
I had a fabulous 11 years with Garbo A Salon, and they will always have a special place in my heart! However, I am excited to be located closer to home and my baby. I look forward to seeing you there!
